Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. About this Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations and subscription cancellations are handled for all Successful Landscaper products and services.
This Policy should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Digital Products
Our courses, templates, downloads, memberships and digital resources are digital products.
Access is normally provided immediately after payment has been successfully processed.
3. Immediate Access
By purchasing any digital product, you request immediate access to your purchase.
Where applicable by law, you acknowledge that immediate access to digital content may affect your statutory cancellation rights.
Nothing in this Policy affects your legal rights where digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
4. Core Course Purchases
The Core Course is sold as a one-off purchase.
Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once access has been provided.
Failure to complete the course or make use of the content does not create an entitlement to a refund.
5. Academy Membership
The Academy consists of:
- A one-off joining fee.
- A recurring monthly subscription.
The joining fee covers enrolment, onboarding and immediate access to the Academy.
The joining fee is non-refundable once access has been granted.
6. Cancelling Your Academy Membership
You may cancel your Academy membership at any time.
You can cancel by:
- Using the cancellation option within your account where available.
- Emailing [email protected].
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.
After cancellation:
- Future subscription payments will stop.
- Your Academy access will continue until the end of your paid period.
- Academy access will then end.
- Community access will end.
- Live session access will end.
- Resource library access will end.
7. Subscription Payments
Recurring Academy payments are charged automatically using the payment method provided during checkout.
If a payment cannot be collected, we may:
- Retry the payment.
- Contact you for updated payment information.
- Suspend your membership.
- Restrict access to your account.
- Cancel your membership if payment remains outstanding.
8. Lifetime Membership
Lifetime Membership is sold as a one-off purchase.
Lifetime access means access for as long as the Successful Landscaper Lifetime product continues to operate.
It does not mean:
- The lifetime of the purchaser.
- The lifetime of Dean James.
- The lifetime of Landscape Machine Limited.
- Permanent use of any specific software platform.
9. Refund Eligibility
Unless required by law, we do not normally provide refunds where:
- You change your mind after receiving access.
- You decide the course is not suitable for you.
- You fail to complete the training.
- You do not use your membership.
- Your access period expires.
- Your business does not achieve the results you hoped for.
10. Exceptional Refunds
Any refund offered outside your legal rights is entirely at our discretion.
Providing a refund in one situation does not create an obligation to provide refunds in future cases.
11. Chargebacks
If you believe a payment has been taken incorrectly, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or card provider.
We will investigate genuine concerns as quickly as possible.
Fraudulent or dishonest chargebacks may result in:
- Immediate suspension of access.
- Permanent closure of your account.
- Recovery of outstanding amounts owed.
- Recovery of reasonable payment processing costs.
- Refusal of future purchases.
12. Faulty Digital Content
Nothing within this Policy limits your legal rights if digital content is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied with reasonable care and skill.
Where required by law, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
